I am an in-network provider with most BCBS PPO and HMO plans. In many cases, BCBS plans cover services at 100% with no session limits. However, I encourage all clients to verify their specific benefits prior to the initial visit to avoid any unexpected costs.

For HMO plans, a physician referral is required and must be submitted before your first appointment via email, fax, or through the client portal.

If you are not covered by BCBS or plan to self-pay, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that the following fees will be due at the time of your appointment.

Please note: For clients using insurance, sessions are billed directly to your insurance after each appointment. All clients (whether using insurance or private pay) are required to keep a credit card on file to reserve appointments and cover any late cancellations or no-shows.
